Wow, this dress has so many things going on that it’s overwhelming. I’d say that everything above the waist works and everything below the waist, in addition to setting off metal detectors, is setting off my fashion faux pas radar. There’s just no need to work every metallic into one dress and then add fringe, just because you can. Eva starts out sexy but then ends up looking like a really fancy Christmas tree. Ho, ho, ho.
